Eventually if you’re in the position of “friend who is the one that reaches out” you gotta swallow any discomfort that comes with cause it’ll let you develop your relationships without resentment. I had to learn that in college but it bears reminding myself occasionally. a lot of my friends are mentally ill in ways that i am not and vice versa.
