how do you go about scripting each page, dialogue, layout, etc?
These cats are constantly in my head so I think about their dialogue / plot stuff pretty much every day.
When it comes time to write a chapter, I typically start with a summary of what happens in that chapter on my phone. Once I have the summary I type out dialogue on the computer.
And once I have the dialogue I do the thumbnails, and edit as needed for the flow of the pages.
I clean up the sketches a lot more than I used to as now these are sent to other people, but they used to be collections of floating heads and eyes when it was just for me. These were also only shaded because I had specific lighting in mind that i didnt want to forget, I do not shade my sketches often.
