Out of all the ancients kingdom why is golden cheese the only lost one why was it the only kingdom that was completely destroyed well it's cause they want the racist mysticism of a long lost civilization

Colonisers often ignore the modern day descendants of those civilization and label it a long losg civilization cause they just want to rob them instead of letting the modern descendants keep their history and in case of Egypt in particular there are definitely still modern Egyptians walking around hello hi I'm one of them it's me the Egyptian man hey

And then olive cookie starts talking about golden cheeses greed and how she layed traps to protect her greed which this shit has layers of racism going on where do i even begin

Oh yeah it's those cultures that are greedy for wanting to keep their own history and artifacts and not idk the colonisers coming in to steal those artifacts in the first place? And in the case of Egyptians in particular most of that was GRAVE ROBBING

And also the whole traps going on is just a myth to make grave robbing sound cooler why would someone put traps in their own graves no not even their own graves you know the ancient Egyptians believed in life after death right they thought when they came back these graves were gonna be their new homes and thats why they had all their stuff with them there right? WHY WOULD YOU PUT TRAPS IN YOUR OWN HOUSE THAT IS A STUPID IDEA

Now this started really incredibly racist but i do actually like the virtual world of the golden cheese kingdom i mentioned the life after death thing and i feel this reflects that they even have to pass the judgement of burnt cheese who is very obviously anubis coded to get there i even enjoy the modern vibes of the cith itself they were kinda cooking I'll give them that

One nitpick tho coliseums did not exist in ancient Egypt that is a roman thing

The characterisation of golden cheese himself is kinda odd and again i explained how the greed thing is drenched in racist ideas but also golden cheese just don't understand words? Like bestie that's not what greed is i don't think you know what greedy means like i wouldn't mind if they made her actually greedy but no the ancients are not allowed to have any negative traits at all

Like idk why are we making this a greed thing and not a grieve thing? Like i think she needs ALOT of therapy can we get a therapist in here?

Weird not understanding what greed means aside i like the characterisation of her i like her arrogance i like that she shows off i like that she is opposed to rejoining the ancient i enjoy her flaws i wish they'd let her have more flaws

Also this is not really about racism more story criticism but why are we having yet another kingdom where the rulers right hand man is actually the evil one who was doing everything all along and the ruler was just an innocent bystander all along? Can we not have flawed ancients can we not rely on the same trope twice in a row? What is burnt cheese even trying to accomplishe ok he took over the soul jam then what? He knows he's in a simulation he's one of the only ppl who knows why isn't this explored morr why are they all completely fine with being digital copies of dead cookies if you really want him to have a crash out why isn't it about the whole being dead thing why does he suddenly want to take over the world?

Also why is necromancy suddenly an option? I know i praised the digital kingdom as a metaphor for life after death before but i really don't think they should actually come back to life for real like i feel this is doing even worse things to golden cheeses already bad grieving mechanics and also no one brought up bringing cookies back to life in any of the other kingdoms like if you didn't completely whipe out literally everyone there for some reason you could have actual real ppl there who want to rebuild their kingdom maybe? Idk?
