This will kill people. This will force disabled people out of their homes. This will take people who are barely surviving and make it so they can't survive at all and that's the point.

So if you want to keep your disability, or if you're not disabled but 80 hours would put you over the limit to lose income-based state healthcare (which is the case for anyone married or making above minimum wage in a metro area), to keep your benefits that you require to live you will be forced into unpaid labor. Which. I think there's another word for that.
