Speaking in front of people isn't really scary. What scary is people would judge or say something on how we speak, talk or give out our opinions. But it doesn't really matter. At the end of the day, months and years, they would definitely forget about it because in the end, mistakes are unimportant and human brain don't really store a mistake that seems unimportant especially that at the same moment, at that the same time, they too are scared or in panic that thay would commit the same mistake as you did. You can do it!

The best thing in life is finding someone who knows all your flaws, mistakes, and weaknesses, and still thinks you're completely amazing.
