Into The Void

Now that everyone is discussing Nolan's Odyssey movie, I feel like it's a good time to let non-Italians know that the production dumped plastic props into the Italian sea. Weirdly enough I could not find any article in English about it but it's a fucking problem nonetheless.

Still debating picking up and moving blogs... I'm a sucker for a fresh slate to rind of reset myself, even if a lot of sideblogs would go defunct. But I'm kind of hoping to be more focused on our main blog and not split into sideblogs as much.

I think we've also just hit an age where it's like. Man. Kind of just want to be completely open and genuinely ourselves and stop masking so damn much, too old for that shit.

trans men absolutely are in sex work, the majority just present as women for work because it's much harder to make money if you don't. You don't see them because they're forced to detransition for work or you haven't even tried to look for the ones who are presenting masc. They're all over the sex work forums if you know what to look for and how they talk about it.

I think a lot of "trans men aren't affected by this" stuff boils down to the trans men in question that ARE affected being deminished to not being men at all or being forced to detransition/pretend to be women

I highly recommend, infact greatly urge, that everyone read "Working Guys: A Transmasculine Sex Worker Anthology" edited by Jack Parker.
