Well, well well. We’ve reached THE CHATS TIME!!! More specifically, who are the moderators for every minion’s chat and what are their pronouns? Well don’t worry my friend, I shall list them below! By the way, if I list your username or a username of someone you know, that is just a coincidence.

When it comes to the minion’s, their hybrid traits become more clear as their “cookie” parts become more “human.” Animal ears become more shown, instead of hidden. Wings get bigger, and they become more fluent in their true mother tongue (see “The Words Flow Like A River” by “MawoftheMagnetar” on AO3 for context). However, while the others are growing and changing over the weeks, Pavlova doesn’t. Xisuma checks his code to see what could be preventing this, because it’s clearly not a glamour (BS & CA are the only ones who can use that). And it only took a discoloured number. One number to see what Eternal Sugar has done to this poor hybrids code with her magic to try to make him “young forever”. To help keep up the garden’s appearance. It took an hour to fix. One hour followed by 3 days of nest rest on Pavlova’s part. He’s in his adult form now, cookie-human-dove mixed form and all. Doesn’t stop False and Cleo from going “mama bird mode” though, just, less.

The Witches are considered wanted criminals. Not because of the whole “eating their sentient creations” thing, since no one really knows about that. However, after the whole “Dream SMP incident” running server-locked servers is considered Admin Abuse, which is illegal. Also, going to MCC isn’t proof that a server isn’t a server-locked one. They could end up with life in prison when they’re found. Unfortunately, it has been nearly impossible to track them down, especially with no leads found in the minions code.

More headcannons because yes.

-Candy Apple cried after hearing The Universe poem the first time. She tried to blame it on “allergies”.

-BDubs was the one who let Pavlova know about the fans & the internet. Etho, however, was the one who properly introduced Pavlova to both things, while letting him know about & keeping him away from the very bad parts, since Etho doesn’t want Pavlova to be as traumatized as he was when BDubs introduced him(Etho) to the internet. In other words, Pavlova uses AO3. Not just reading, also writing.

-Black Sapphire uses the mail system on the regular. Also, while he isn’t allowed to make his own podcast on the server, he has been featured on the Imp And Skizz Podcast.

-All the minion’s codes (code is what makes up EVERYTHING and need to be properly working for a someone to safely function) are very behind on their updates (due to everyone on Earthbread basically being server-locked because The Witches are technically illegal like that). They are basically stuck on the server until they get caught up on their updates. Fun fact: in order to have your code updated safely, you need at least two weeks of grace period until you’re able to get another update AND THATS REALLY PUSHING IT. THEY NEED AROUND 20 UPDATES EACH BEFORE THEY COULD GO ONTO A PUBLIC SERVER OR BE SENT BACK TO EARTHBREAD! AND THATS IF XISUMA CAN EVEN GET THEM BACK TO EARTHBREAD BECAUSE ITS BEEN A HIDDEN SERVER FOR OVER A MILLENNIA! THE MAIN COUNCIL IN CHARGE OF THE LAW HAS BEEN TRYING TO FIND THE EARTHBREAD SERVER WITH BARELY ANY LEADS BECAUSE THEY CAN’T FIND IT FROM THE MINION’S CODE!

Here are some headcanons I have for this Au.

-Every Hermit has a chat. What each looks like kinda varies depending on the Hermit (Grian with a parrot flock, Joe with a weird, shifting, green mass that usually takes the shape of an animal). The minions have asked about how every Hermit got theirs, but the Hermit either wouldn’t say or the Hermit would have no idea.

-Cleo asks like a mother/mentor figure to some of the hermits. This might be because she used to be a teacher.

-Xisuma is apparently a father figure to all of the hermits. He doesn’t know how this started, but one day he woke up and was dubbed “Dadsuma”.

-Pavlova and Cleo have both bonded over having their heart broken, directly and indirectly alike. Cleo has lived a long time and most people who she knew when alive have either passed or ran off when they saw that she was now “dead”. Joe is the exception.

-Doccy has “adopted” both Candy Apple and Black Sapphire as her older siblings. The deceit twins haven’t realized. Doc doesn’t know what to do.

-Cloud Haetae has been dubbed “pup” by Ren. They have gotten close, like two siblings. Ren calls himself a cool uncle.

-If any of the beasts could be given visiting rights, it would ONLY be Mystic Flour. May I say more?

Since everyone has their own headcanons on the Hermit’s species, and the beast’s minions have hybrid traits, I thought, why not list down everyone’s species for this au? This will also list some familial relations. Please be aware that there are currently 24 active Hermits and 5 minions.

Candy Apple: Changeling with a little bat hybrid blood. Adoptive daughter to Shadow Milk and sister to Black Sapphire.

Black Sapphire: Changeling with a little bat hybrid blood. Adoptive son to Shadow Milk and brother to Candy Apple.

Cloud Haetae: Dog hybrid.

Hermits

Bdubs: Glare hybrid. Etho’s boyfriend.

Cub: Vex hybrid. Scar’s brother

Doc: Creeper-Goat hybrid mix. Married to Ren. Doccy’s father

Doccy: Creeper-Goat hybrid mix. Doc’s daughter.

Etho: Artic Fox hybrid. Older than time itself. Gem’s brother. Bdubs’ boyfriend.

False: Avian hybrid (hawk)

Gem: Shapeshifter, takes a deer hybrid form. Etho’s sister. Pearl’s girlfriend.

Scar: Vex hybrid. Cub’s brother. Fiancé to Mumbo and Grian.

Grian: Watcher, but takes the form of an avian hybrid (parrot). Brother to Pearl, Jimmy, Lizzie, & Martin. Fiancé to Scar & Mumbo.

Hypno: Bee hybrid.

Jevin: Slime hybrid.

Impulse: Electric-demon. Husband to Skizz.

Joe: He’s… something. Doesn’t age and isn’t human. Friends with Cleo since before her death.

Keralis: Eldritch horror. Rumoured to have a thing with Xisuma.

Mumbo: Shapeshifter, takes a human form. Fiancé to Grian and Scar.

Pearl: Watcher, but takes the form of a moth hybrid (Glover’s silkmoth) Sister to Grian, Jimmy, Lizzie and Martin. Gem’s girlfriend.

Ren: Wolf hybrid. Doc’s hybrid.

Skizz: Fallen angel. Impulse’s husband.

Joel: Human. Married to Lizzie.

Tango: Blaze hybrid.

Beef: Bull hybrid.

Wels: An immortal human. Has a clone named Hels.

XB: Guardian hybrid.

Xisuma: Voidwalker. Has a brother called EX.

Zedalph: Ram hybrid.

What if the beast minions had a sort of rehabilitation on the Hermitcraft server? Here’s what the minions would probably be doing:

Candy Apple

Has been placed with Scar.

Was really mad about it as first, but then Scar showed her a Disney movie. She LOVED it. Now, the 2 chaotic forces love to keep the server on their toes.

Has been kept separated from Black Sapphire due to… reasons.

They can still see each other, they just can’t stay in the same base.

Black Sapphire

Has been placed with Doc. Black Sapphire he’s not been.

They are one explosion away from murder.

Each other or someone else, it depends.

Nutmeg Tiger

Has been placed with Gem.

Didn’t like it at first, but suddenly respected her after a week. (Cough, cough, fortress)

Has tried to consume redstone before after seeing Mumbo eat some.

It was not a pleasant experience.

Cloud Haetae

Placed with Ren.

Hit it off pretty well, the sheep have never had it worse.

This pair is the only reason that I’ve made this AU, since, 2 dogs.

The two have just been having fun!

Sugarfly

Isn’t here, cause she actually escaped the garden.

If she was, she would probably be placed with Skizz though.

Pavlova

Has been placed with Cleo, False comes by VERY often though.

Cleo has been teaching him how to sew, which he has been struggling with due to lack of fingers. She’s patient though.

False comes by due to her and Pavlova both having bird wings and instincts, even if those instincts have been pushed down.
