You can indulge in your sweet tooth guilt-free with these Paleo chocolate chip cookies. They are grain-free, dairy-free, and paleo-friendly because they are made with almond flour and coconut oil.
Ingredients: 2 cups almond flour. 1/4 cup coconut flour. 1/2 cup coconut oil, melted. 1/2 cup pure maple syrup. 1 egg. 1 teaspoon vanilla extract. 1/2 teaspoon baking soda. 1/4 teaspoon salt. 1/2 cup paleo-friendly chocolate chips.
Instructions: Turn the oven on to 350 degrees Fahrenheit 175 degrees Celsius and line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Mix the baking soda, salt, coconut flour, and almond flour together in a sizable mixing bowl. Mix the egg, vanilla extract, maple syrup, and melted coconut oil in a different bowl. After adding the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients, thoroughly mix them together. Stir in the chocolate chips that fit the paleo diet. Form dough balls with your hands or a cookie scoop, then transfer them to the prepared baking sheet. Using the back of a fork, flatten each ball of dough to form a cookie shape. Bake for 12 to 15 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown, in a preheated oven. After a few minutes of cooling on the baking sheet, move the cookies to a wire rack to finish cooling.
