I’m A Bit Weird…

And when you joined the Lost Light, everyone seemed to notice the abundance of excitement easily traced back to your EM field. It wasn’t as controlled as a typical cybertronian, already there were some that were pretty off put by you, intrigued nonetheless by your unique inexperience yet also being intellectual enough to have a good conversation.

It’s more a surprise when you and Swerve get along so well so fast, you actually keeping up with Swerve, laughing genuinely with him and even reciprocating with him, it’s more a surprise to Swerve to see you so willing to hang around him, it’s mostly why other cybertronians are curious about you, what do you mean you enjoy Swerve for just being himself?!

I honestly imagine Reader being so eager about living, like just honestly wanting to help out and naturally being supportive, someone wanting to be alone? That’s cool with you, but if they just want a presence then you can provide that without a peep from you without expecting anything of them.

Imagine Reader approaching Rodimus or Ultra Magnus and just asking if they want to hang out with em, and they are surprised that you aren’t asking for anything related to guidance or leadership, you just want them specifically without anything from them other than a good conversation or spending time with them.

Or imagine Reader giving Megatron a chance, like Reader understanding and even if Reader doesn’t really like Megatron for the crimes he did, Reader ultimately cuts him some slack but still holding him accountable, Reader is more than likely tolerating him and actually allowing him a chance to do right instead of outright denying him redemption, like Reader conversing with him on a deeper level than just being a ball of sunshine, like Reader being serious and much less hyperactive than their usual self, and suddenly Megatron is trying to spend more time with you and giving you poetry while you reciprocate it to the best of your ability.

Like imagine Reader being like ‘I’m not good with poetry, but I do hope it’s enjoyable to a degree if that’s alright with you,’ meanwhile Megatron’s optics are bright and his fans are working overtime because this is the first time that any Cybertronian gifted him some poetry. Imagine Reader stressing because they are so bad in poetry so they opted for the most easy kind they understand like a haiku or accidentally introducing Megatron to a form of collaborative poetry, kinda a form of romance since it involves more than one person making one line of a poem for their partner to complete, meanwhile Megatron feels like he’s being courted.

I also imagine Reader helping out Rung with his therapy sessions, just mostly the aftermath by talking with Rung and mostly trying to let him depend on you if he needed anything, Rung is just flustered by the fact that your EM field was so indicative of how genuine you were.

Your EM field, personally headcannoning it as due to the fact that you were once human, you don’t realize that it carried over to how you control your EM field, you are unaware of it, and also unable to control it as well.

I could imagine you just attracting some attention since you don’t exactly have a profession, so you’re like,”Yo, can I volunteer and do random stuff?”, like imagine Reader trying a lot of things while trying to figure out what sticks meanwhile a lot of Cybertronians are getting attached since you are learning and so you need like a partner to try out stuff and other things and so constantly you approach either Swerve or see if anyone is willing to be your test dummy whether if Ratchet is teaching you medical procedures or First Aid providing his skills to help you out. Can you imagine you are approaching Ultra Magnus and asking if you could shadow him on the job.

I can just imagine Reader wanting to make a change in The Lost Light, mostly confronting Chromedome and Drift about Overlord being in the Lost Light and mostly recommending that Overlord having a different cell in a concern about the mech getting out, and you don’t let go until they finally do it, along with telling the truth about it to the rest of the crew, even if you don’t like how it is presented, even then you don’t spare the expense of it, you don’t rest until Overlord is in a heavily protected cell.

As for the D.J.D, I would imagine Reader subtly putting in commands in the channels or affecting the ship in some way to the point where, when the D.J.D finally comes around to invade the ship, they are suddenly captured.

At this point, Reader’s EM field is muddy, not that Reader is aware of it, but everyone is aware that you are lying, when Overlord was caught, you didn’t say anything, your EM field gave away that you were hiding something, even Overlord see this, Overlord’s teasing and prodding came with you just actually hating on him, making you spill the beans of bit of events that you were aware of that made others turn their heads and wondering ‘how do YOU know about that??’

I also imagine Reader being excited for violence, like in an unhinged way, in the moment they just ask Fort Max to throw you at Overlord as hard as he could, and after urging him, Fort Max finally does it and you proceed to knock Overlord out while laughing maniacally, imagine everyone seeing Reader running back into the fray while Overlord is ironically turned on by Reader’s creatively unhinged and violent attack, just reading your EM field’s excitement in the violence like an MMA fighter.

I imagine that you imprisoned the D.J.D and that made enough mechs and femmes curious enough to actually dig into your background, only to see that you have no background.

The suspicion is fueled more when you hover around human items and data, your searches and use of Cybertronian technology is mostly you listening to human music or videos, and just focused to the point where times where you are alone, you just stop and think to yourself, you’re just quietly listening to music you used to have enjoyed as a human being and you grow melancholic about it whenever you are halfway to stasis on your berth.

I can imagine the possible angst of Reader slowly coming to mourn their previous life as a human, you of course enjoyed the life you have now, but still being a human was something you never knew you would miss until you start to look back at your past memories, I could imagine you just disassociating at times when listening to human songs you used to enjoy while the other cybertronians are noticing the slight change in your behavior, they notice extremely quickly due to your EM field giving away your grief.

Imagine Tailgate or the others assuming that you have lost someone close to you or trying to theorize what’s making you so depressed, and next thing you know you are in one moment just accepting that this was your new life only to be hit with Tailgate or Whirl of all bots to come and comfort you, just imagine Whirl being batshit insane and you are looked confused that you are distracted from your depressed thoughts.

Imagine one day, Earth sends an Liason to The Lost Light, and out of everyone, you are the most excited to see a human, like it is to the point where the crew grows resentful of this human getting all of your attention, like the human is talking with you and you seem to enjoy their presence too much and you laugh with them and they seem to better understand you and meanwhile what they assume that you don’t feel comfortable with your OWN kind than you do when around a whole different species, imagine Most of the crew growing icy with the human while you are conflicted since one, you know that it was weird since you know all about them and usually that doesn’t align with their character, but either way you make the mistake of thinking that they’re not that different from their comic counterparts.

Imagine, since Reader is aware of future events, Reader ends up getting Pharma on the Lost Light , mostly in prison and the rest of the D.J.D and mostly working with Rung in trying to get them have therapy or mostly unwind from their extreme behavior, only to end up causing their obsessive tendencies to go on you since you are an enigma of a cybertronian, your muddy EM field is the mostly the cause of the intrigue.

Could you imagine Reader acting like a probation officer or a probation counselor while everyone else is just baffled by how Reader is managing a cybertronian like SUNDER?
