There is a restaurant that has signature dishes and people like those dishes a lot. They have a reliable customer base. One day the chef creates an experimental limited-time dish. And people like that new dish a lot. And later when the chef removes it from the menu like he always planned, people go oh man we loved the new dish, why did you remove it?
