Sooooooo I may or may not have taken a bunch of @cacodaemonia s beautiful masterpieces for @sulphuryasecretcloset s beautiful masterpiece of a fanfic and put them in chronological order.

(Also includes a work by @a-militia )

And set it to music.

And added title cards for the different works.

Look I’ve been in a bunch of fandoms and I’ve been consuming fan content for a while. This series and this artwork is some of the best writing and artwork I have ever seen. The characters are vivid and complex and I didn’t realize until halfway through the series that most of them were OCs.

These creators have sparked joy when I (and many other) really really needed something bright. I cannot thank them enough. As we reach the end of the Mandorin Literary Universe, don’t forget to look back and reflect on all the beautiful moments these two (and everyone else in the fandom) brought to life. Hopefully this little vid can help with that.

With this, I was reminded of why I love this story, these characters, so much. With this, I was allowed to take the journey with the characters from the very start up until where we are now and @cacodamonia brings them, the feelings of each moment, and the story itself to life in a way that you honestly have to see to believe. And huge kudos to @a-militia​ for the incredibly tense moment caught to perfection!

When it comes to stuff like racism, sexism, homophobia, etc, I’ve found it’s usually way better to think to yourself ‘I don’t want to be’ than ‘I’m not’.

Too many people categorize racist as the same kind of adjective as tall. Something that you can’t easily change and that everyone else can see about you.

Black people fight for everybody. We stand in solidarity with women, lgbt people, poor people all over the world of every skin color and background. Every religion and nationality.

Today, stand with us. Be with us. Tell a black person you love them. Hug a black person (with consent). Ask that hot black girl out today. Make a black person smile. Black lives matter to everybody and you matter to us.

Stand with us on Juneteenth like we stand with you all year round, and I hope a happy Pride month continues for all of us
