This probably isn’t the answer that you’re looking for, but “possibly.”

All of the current mods are overwhelmed and struggling to answer asks in a timely manner, so having some additional help could be great for this blog. I especially find it much easier to add to existing drafts than to initiate an answer, so having another mod drafting asks for us to review and post could lead to me being more active as well.

On the other hand, we’re a bit weary of how much misinformation is floating around Tumblr, especially in regards to DID. We’d want to be absolutely sure that any new mods could be trusted not to rely solely on subjective experiences or hearsay when answering information oriented asks. Not only should new mods be able to do basic internet research if necessary, they should also be able to recognize what sources are reliable and reputable enough to use.

That said, if you’re interested in modding here, you can message us off anon and we’ll see what can be done. What we might do is give you a few currently unanswered asks (through PM or messaging) in order to see how you’d answer them, and then we can go from there. My main concern with this is that I don’t want to cause any hurt feelings or upset if it turns out that someone isn’t compatible with the current mod team or our preferences for answering asks, but that might be a very worthwhile risk to take!
