ALL TENDERNESS AND WARMTH, ALL HIDDEN

Air is so much more complex than just forcing it to think things. I'd argue Water is actually the most important for manifestation first. Its how you feel about yourself, your life, your deservingness that aligns with everything else. If I feel amazing about myself, i'd naturally aim higher, dress pretty, eat more healthy etc. The book of Proverbs says "Guard your heart, for everything you do flows from it"

Things traditionally seen as "women's roles" have just as much spiritual significance as men's. Preparing food to share with those you care about is as divinely inspired as sitting for days in meditation. Decorating ones home for the seasons,or scrubbing clean the floors is as holy as taking communion. Creating- sewing, knitting, painting, are just as purifying as the burnt sacrifices of patriarchal religion. A mother scrubbing her child clean in the bath holds as much spiritual significance as a baptism. Nursing those you care about to health is as meaningful as fervent prayer. Just because these have been described as "women's places" does not exclude them from divinity.

When you have a female body and don’t exercise (yet are capable), so much of your energy goes to your mind due to the separation between you and your body. Lack of movement is responsible for the overthinking, overprocessing, addictions to social media, overfunctioning, sex without a heart connection, and obsessive shopping and consumption of booze and the like. The female body is a nuclear powerhouse, the portal that nourishes souls from heaven to earth. If that powerful energy you innately possess in your body is not channeled, it will almost always lead to something destructive. -India Ame’ye, Author
