at least there are perks to come alongside the selective resistance during my absence. continuing to study/craft music, 3D modeling/sculpting/texturing/rigging///, nerdy tech programming, bleghblaghblugh. i've somehow captured the attention of the AppRaven [iOS] community enough to rank as their top #31 user with my reviews on virtual instruments and the like. assisting others is assistance to myself.

i had went from exhaustively discovering/listening to music every day, to quite literally never anymore, which is unusual... but anyone who read my lengthy overshare—now private—could safely assume my life would be tilted askew. however, i believe i've crossed the threshold in terms of my healing process. only time will tell. i see it through semiconscious dreams.

ANYWAY. i hope all you beautiful, vivacious creatures and ghouls are living your best. you owe it to yourself to exist purely through proactive self-indulgence and forgiving your insecurities as often as necessary. much love. i promise to share my tunes n toons soon. with Audio Damage releasing Traverse today, same day as Boards' highly anticipated release of INFERNO—13 years since their last studio LP—I tossed together a subtle mix of the album's final track, ft. the lofi FX unit and taming it down beyond that.

the album overall I'd say is suited aptly by its name: Inferno. if you're anticipating some lighthearted comfort akin to, say, 'Roygbiv', with a rainbow following the hailstorm... you'd better grab a titanium woven umbrella and some tinted googles. maybe a sedative while you're at it.
