You’re more free than you’re able to experience right now because you’re lacking alignment. Don’t underestimate your ability to shift your current experiences. You have unlimited power over your situation. If you don’t want to have certain feelings anymore all you have to do is decide to stop feeding those thoughts. You can’t control other people’s behaviors but you CAN control your own state of mind and being. Control your thoughts. Stop letting nonsense slip its way into your consciousness. It’s creating narratives in your reality that you should’ve been grown detached from. You are already free. Don’t let old cycles sneak its way into your life thru your mind. Your gift of intense sensitivity doesn’t mean you have to subject yourself to shit that doesn’t satisfy your future. Start pushing away old habits and old unworthy thought patterns because this is how unpleasant experiences keep coming into your reality.

Pile Two: You’re first course of action should be reminding yourself that you set the standards of which you live. If you think you deserve more than that is what you will receive. Never ever allow this demonic world to convince you you don’t deserve good things because of external circumstances. Circumstances change because you want them to. Shaming yourself into oblivion won’t get you anywhere fast. If you’re able to forgive and allot grace to others, why can’t you give yourself that same grace? Image all the audacity evil cold hearted people have in this world. Imagine how much accountability they cease to hold themselves to. You don’t deserve punishment just because you’re imperfect. You’re allowed to move on. You’re allowed to grow from past mistakes. It’s time to let go of a crutch you have been dependent on. Nothing outside of yourself can determine your worth, something about your frame of mind has been being orchestrated by something outside of you, it has worked well up until this point in your life. It’s time to stop holding onto hold comprehension and embrace this change. Show yourself just how much you’re capable of and how far you’re able to go without this codependency. You’re stronger than you think. You’re more deserving than you allow yourself to see.
