I come bearing news from the War Table!
Operation: Interest Check So Far!
First of all... FIFTY-SIX?!
There are currently 56+ responses to the interest check, and I'm genuinely blown away! I honestly wasn't expecting this kind of enthusiasm, and reading through everyone's ideas, excitement, and messages has been such a joy. Thank you all so, so much!!!
The interest check is still open until July 20th, so there's still plenty of time if you haven't filled it out yet!
War Table Progress Report:
Things have been... busy. Very busy. The Inquisition has apparently decided sleep is optional.
Moderator Applications: They're finished!! I'm just giving everything one last read-through before opening them, so expect those to go live very soon.
Contributor Applications: Currently sitting at about 65% complete! Slowly but surely making their way through the editing process (along with approximately twelve other Google Docs).
As I mentioned posts earlier, the Discord server exists!
I've been busy creating channels, roles, forums, and generally pretending I'm Josephine with a clipboard.
Skyhold Press: The Carrd website is officially underway!
It's got FAQs, a countdown for whenever the timeline drops, project information, and will become the main hub for everything related to the zine. It will be linked on the Tumblr asap!
I also somehow spent too much time making adorable little Dragon Age chibi emotes for the Discord. This was a completely reasonable and responsible use of my time. I regret nothing.
Tomorrow's Plans: The Skyhold Press Tumblr will officially open!⚜️⚜️⚜️
It'll become the project's main home for updates, announcements, FAQs, and all future shenanigans.
Finally... Thank you! Watching so many people get excited over the idea of making something together for this community has been incredibly heartwarming! I can't wait to see where this adventure takes us! And I cannot wait to meet so many of you!

NB: You may have noticed everything is now under the name Skyhold Press! Rather than creating a new account for every single project, I wanted one central place to host them all. The DAI community zine is the first project under the Skyhold Press banner, but hopefully not the last!❤️
