3. How did you choose their name? 

I don't remember where I heard the name Kala anymore but I remembered liking it so I chose it for my MW OC I created on a whim last year (I really wasn't expecting her to become one of my mains haha). I feel like I should have researched it before I picked it, though. According to Wikipedia, Kala is a Sanskrit term for time and death and represents different deities in various South Asian religions.

6. Is there any significance behind their eye color? 

Her left red eye indicates she's possessed by the Spirit of Passion. It glows when Passion is actively protecting or taken over Kala. The latter doesn't happen very often but if it does, only when Kala is asleep or blacked out. Passion does confront Illario during Veilguard, though.

13. How far past the canon events that take place in their world have you extended their story, if at all? 

I suppose I've taken it farther than when she's found in the Necropolis crypts. Before that, her parents had made a pact with Passion to protect their infant daughter. This happened before they even made it to the Necropolis. It was an extreme measure. I feel like they knew their days were numbered but wanted to give Kala a chance at life.
