Say, how did Rem cope with the loss of his arm?

Because Fen'Revas was all set and ready to die to the Anchor and was actually rather pissed at Solas for saving his life by taking his arm.

And that loss of limb - and thus perceived autonomy - threw him off more than Dorian leaving for Tevinter.

And then, you know, came the blood magic...

Rem took that loss very hard, because he started seeing himself as a useless burden. For a long time, he believed Dorian had left partly because of it too because Rem had become "broken." Even though Dorian actually stayed longer than he originally planned so he could help Rem adjust during those first difficult months.

Rem would lash out at everyone whenever he couldn’t button his shirts or struggled with simple everyday tasks. For almost a year, he kept telling Dorian through the crystal, "You should just leave me. Why would you want someone disabled like me?" And even much later, he would still get hit with grief and longing for the person he used to be.

He used to love his body so much, but afterward he started avoiding mirrors. Eventually, though, he adapted. And later Dorian made him an enchanted prosthetic that works almost like a real arm just without actual feeling in the fingers, of course.

Question (forgive me if I asked that before):

Did Rem learn Tevene when he came to Tevinter or are people mostly talking trade tongue/common tongue with him?

How many languages does he speak?

For example, Fen'Revas speaks elvhen, what ever language they speak in the Free Marches and common fluently.

He understands some orlesian and fereldan (enough to make people careful what they say when he's close), very little Antivan (enough to know if he's being complimented, insulted or threatened) and Qunlat (whatever Bull taught him)

And he learns Tevene for Dorian. Or rather, so Dorian wouldn't have to play translator all the time.

Mostly Rem speaks common, and he’s also fluent in elvhen(obviously). He definitely learned Tevene - first, to make Dorian happy, and second, because he needed to understand what people were saying in Tevinter since he hunted slave owners and later joined the Shadow Dragons.

As for other languages, he mostly only knows swear words because that’s the only part that interested him.

Dorian definitely knows how to talk to the Inquisitor 😌

Will Rem start taking fewer risks?

What is Rem's fashion vibe when he can dress himself?

Like... Does he usually wear the Inky PJ in blue or does he sometimes opt for another armor version? Does he have his own style usually?

And later, in Antiva and Tevinter? Does he wear "local" attire or his own?

I swear, one day I’ll make proper outfit concepts for him. I’m absolutely terrible at drawing clothes, especially armor. Most of the time, Rem wears tight leather pants, boots, and sleeveless tops.
