Absolutely.

I'm so tired of the word "parasocial" being thrown around in this fandom - apparently you can't watch a VA'a streams or talk to them in real life (even at the events that are all about meeting them) without being parasocial these days. Some people are acting as if even writing in a chat during an actor'a stream is "CrOsSiNg ThE BoUnDaRiES". We live in the social media era and we're in a fandom small enough that we are able to actually interact with the VAs from our favourite games - unless someone is a acting creepy or being a stalker, I don't really see a problem.

I have talked a fair bit with Logan about the whole parasocial thing, and the whole concept baffles them. Especially the Prague gang are all old theatre actors, and they are so used to seeing and talking to their audience after plays, and that has been the norm for them for the last 20+ years (and boy can he tell some horror stories about obsessive fans that can't take a no, especially at improv, but they always handled it)
