I got a comment on a fic that is less than a year old and it was mostly an apology for being a comment on an "old fic" and how late they were in commenting.

I know I've talked about this before but could not find the post for the life of me. 💀 Essentially, what I try to do is dedicate things that I can easily incorporate into my schedule to the gods. For example, I use rose-scented bathing soaps in honor of Aphrodite and dedicate my showers to her as a form of self-care. Another example, when I make tea for myself in the evenings or mornings, I'll actually dedicate the drink to one of the gods, let it sit for whatever time feels acceptable for them to accept the offering, then consume it myself. I've also tried to say a prayer to at least one deity before bed, and that's been helpful for me!

this is your daily reminder that water is NOT a lazy offering! the gods appreciate anything you can give to them, and it's more about the intention than the physical offering anyway.
