With the days so chilly at the moment, I'm spending a lot of time inside during these cold, wintry nights. Spaghetti Monograno Felicetti risottati in brodo di pomodoro is certainly a delicious way of warming up. ⠀ Top class tomatoes imported from Italy are a must to make the brodo di pomodoro, use the best you can find and buying the best will not break the bank.
