This spinach and artichoke dip is a classic favorite that everyone loves. It's great for having people over or spending a cozy night in. It's creamy, tasty, and cheesy beyond belief, so it's sure to be a hit at any party or get-together.
Ingredients: 1 10 oz package frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained. 1 14 oz can artichoke hearts, drained and chopped. 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese. 1 cup mayonnaise. 1 cup sour cream. 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese. 2 cloves garlic, minced. Salt and pepper to taste.
Instructions: Warm the oven up to 175F 350C. Put all the ingredients in a large bowl and mix them together until they are well blended. Spread the mixture out evenly in a baking dish. After the oven is hot, bake it for 25 to 30 minutes, or until the top is bubbly and golden brown. Take it out of the oven and let it cool down for a few minutes. If you want, you can add more Parmesan cheese and chopped parsley as a garnish. Warm it up and serve it with crackers, tortilla chips, or sliced baguette.
