Neil wasn’t allowed to have tattoos cause he had to change identities often, and that would’ve been stupid given the permanent ink.

Once he is officially Neil Abram Josten, he gets a whole bunch of tattoos.

On his chest and back, probably.

On his arms tho? What do y’all think cause he has a lot of scars there (everywhere, but you get my point)

so does he want to like, keep the scars because that’s who he is? Or does he “cover” them with a new identity, the new Neil Abram Josten, with the drawings and the art on his arms and body showing he owns it, he owns his body.

I like that idea too.
