ā15 Men React To The Idea Of Taking Their Wifeās Last Name After Marriageā
Men believe the family is their domain but when it comes to watching the children or doing chores suddenly itās not their responsibility
Men believe the family is their property.
Male lineage is a scam
I clicked on the link because I expected the other answers to be less bad but they arenāt š
Asdfgdgjfflhkjl if we were to look at this ābiologicallyā, men would be the ones taking the womenās surname hands down. See, children get all of there mtDNA (mitochondrial dna) from their mother and none from their father - where as their normal DNA is a 50:50 mix of both their motherās and fatherās. This means that mtDNA remains unchanged as its passed down from mum to daughter. This goes on for generations, in fact, geneologists can trace back lineages for millions of years using mtDNA.
However, the fatherās dna is diluted with every generation, and soon becomes unrecognizable. The motherās biologically legacy lasts the longest and thatās the tea
Reblogging for the last comment. My sister works in genealogy, identifying any female living relatives of missing soldiers. The men dont matter. Why? Because the female family memberās DNA can be traced back GENERATIONS with no decay. When bodies (generally from vietnam or Korean wars) are recovered, they then can finding living female biological relatives, no matter how distantly related, to positively identify the remains.
men donāt matter, biologically
Men š donāt š matter š biologically š
Wow, interesting. Itās funny to think that men believe that because they āprovide & protectā they have a right to claim that wives & children are their propriety who must continue their lineageā¦
