i just realized how many photographs of hands there are actually in the book.. also, the animals weren’t harmed by us. the dragonfly was already dead in a lake and the bird was attacked by our cat😞

The last time I visited my brother we decided to cut our hair together. We were both completely excited about it, but afterwards Jascha regretted it so much and was really sad. I can’t even tell you how bad I felt for him and how sorry I was. I suddenly remembered how big of a deal a new haircut was for me at that age, it felt like the whole world was colliding. And I realized that I completely forgot that he was not someone of my friends but my little brother and that I had some kind of responsibility for him and that it was somehow my fault that he was suffering. I didn’t feel that bad for a very long time. Anyway, It’s crazy how lucky I am to have a brother like him. Can’t wait for the book that we are publishing very soon. // Note from earlier this year

Hi Asli

Spent a few days with @lukewhereyougoing and @ellierosemusic in Prague last year and took some pictures for their first album with their new band @weareduomusic . Also @aslicxt was with us filming a music video in that time which I really love:) This is actually quite crazy for me because I spent most of my teenage years listening to the Kooks and I can’t even tell you how nervous I was at first haha but only until I realized how much of a nice and down to earth person they are. Thank you so much Luke and Ellie and Mark for trusting us and for the good time in Prague. Much love to you and thanks for the music:)
