How hard would it be to get ahold of a pilot or high altitude Soviet helmet that has "CCCP" on the top above the visor?

Very difficult, I only found this one that was sold in 2023 for 1.2 mln roubles.

A regular white pilot helmet without 'CCCP' on it would probably be manageable to find; it would likely require obtaining paperwork in order to be sent out of Russia.
