So to celebrate Independence Day here in the US, we will be highlighting the Kingdom of Denmark and its autonomous territory of Greenland by showing the fan favorite Copenhagen 2019 performance!
@wheel-of-fish has streamed this performance 8 times previously, as recently as December 20, 2025. But with a large number of people possibly unable to attend this weekend, I thought I would stream something that is guaranteed to be repeated again and again in the future. Fish and @glassprism have both called this one of the best casts and one of the highest quality recordings out there, with some amazing acting choices, including unusual quill placement and the boop heard 'round the world. I first saw this at a Stream before I had seen a live version (that was not the Restaged), and I specifically remember how well it captures the overall beauty of the show.
