I was going insane last night like freakout of an intensity I haven't experienced in years heaving sobbing hyperventilating not making sense but I'm fine now like I'm all good. managed to writhe my way through the labyrinth of pain to the point in the centre, thanks to my partner and best friend. I feel tempted to say something pithy and poetic like, "love drives me to insanity then back again.", but I feel it's reductive and lumps love together with other unlovely things, which was part of the issue in the first place. either way, I am now "so back".
