I'm in a DDV (Disney dreamlight valley) group on FB and I swear. Some of the dumbest nongamer people play this game. They ask the dumbest questions, like shit with obvious answers. The answer is usually "keep playing the game," like when it comes to anything like upgrades etc. I can't even fully express how annoying these Disney adults are. Actual fuckin morons.

I'm really bad a video games. It's something I've struggled with since I made friends in middle & high school. I'm a nerd. My friends are nerds. They all played video games all the time, and talked about them all the time. So, I'm bad at video games. But i do *understand* video games. I was also raised poor af. Spending money on video games was out of the question. So I never learned. My friends tried to teach me, but it never worked. I can play DDV. I get why so many people with no video game experience play this game. I will grant you that a lot of these Disney adults are annoying af. But I'm not sure it's fair to call them morons. A lot of them have kids and jobs and are just desperately trying to find something they can enjoy for themselves. I absolutely understand that it's frustrating to have a bunch of noobs in your space asking questions that seem extremely obvious to you, but please have patience with us. We're just trying to squeeze out a tiny bit of joy in a miserable timeline.

There's wholesome ships and there's toxic ships, but I'd like to coin 'sodium chloride ships', where the individuals involved are both horrible and dangerous people, but somehow being together renders them surprisingly well-adjusted (if a little salty).

The opposite of this is a 'coke and mentos' dynamic, where the two people are generally chill and likeable but being around each other makes them both wild and chaotic.
