there's so much to be said about modern censorship and discussions to be had about the direct impacts of the current waves of cultural puritanism hurting sex workers and adult sexuality at large + re-criminalizing queer people en masse (ESPECIALLY trans people, more specifically trans women) and im going to be so entirely honest with you i don't think your fanfiction has a single place in these discussions. i don't care about your smut not getting enough kudos or whatever the hell this is about real people and real legal problems. it's about the financial impacts it's about the cultural shift it's about prison sex slaves it's about bathroom bills it's about trans people being put on the sex offender registry. in the face of all these problems i cannot give a fuck about your stupid fanfiction maybe being punished slightly from online safety bills. i don't care. please shut up
