So is this the larval, pupa, or nymph stage?

I've spoken to researchers & confirmed that what we think of as an adult clown is actually a nymph! Not an adult at all. The process of their metamorphosis is fascinating. As clown nymphs grow bigger, brighter, and more rambunctious, so too does its nose! After this growth peak, the nose sac continues growing, feeding off the nymph, slowly draining it of its coloring & cheerful comedic energy. Eventually, the red egg sac falls off its now lackluster & subdued host, leaving the fully formed adult mime.
