Why do Superman fans refuse to acknowledge that he’s coded as a Jewish immigrant? You can’t (correctly) point out the uncomfortable pro-assimilation undertones in Superman 2025 combined with the vilification of his biological parents and then not name the group of people he’s supposed to represent. You can’t do the anti-racism when you don’t take into account the obvious Jewish coding.

I used to set this one for second year undergraduate creative writing seminars on writing science fiction on a double bill with Octavia E. Butler's "Bloodchild" and no-one here gets out alive.

all i’m gonna say about prison abolitionism in 2026 is that one of its most public proponents harbored a known rapist. he committed another rape after their sham “community accountability” process (which is functionally nothing but a stern talking-to), and all she did was send out an apology lamenting the fact that the “process” didn’t work. he is still free and running around. it’s a male supremacist ideology to an extreme lol. i don’t endorse prisons under our current system, but i do not support the belief that it is an injustice to imprison rapists at all. prison abolitionists generally have a disdain for battered women and children whose male assailants need to be detained. they believe it is a moral failing for men to lose their freedom of movement after they’ve violated women. since the left doesn’t care about violence against women and children, this “person” only got ran off social media when she tweeted that hamas should release all of their hostages shortly after October 7th. her account has been locked ever since. 😬

Western leftist voice: “I believe in abolishing borders and that no human is illegal uwu 💖 but I also believe—✨leftistly✨—that the movement of millions of mostly male migrants, especially Muslims from North Africa and the Middle East, should be seen as a punishment and threat against Europe💖 leftistly, of course!💖 oh and also Israel is to blame uwu 💖”

See, we are all progressive here, and that's why we can talk about the real issue: who actually deserves the violence. And the answer to that is white women. White women deserve the violence. White women have betrayed the progressive movement and so they deserve the violence. It is your duty to do the violence to the white women. Don't you hate her? Don't you hate her? It's because she has in her the kernel of a person who could call the cops on a Black kid in the park. It's because she might ask to speak to the manager. It's because she is Western, and we know about Western women. It is because other white women voted for bad candidates. It's because she looked at you. It's because she didn't look at you. Finally, a problem your penis can solve, and it's white women. She deserves the violence and the most progressive thing you can do is use your penis to give it to her. You are a leftist. You have demonstrated where your support really lies, which is, of course, Palestine.

I’m neither Jewish nor Israeli, but it’s still sickening to see a whole nationality and ethnicity basically demonized.
