I am one such an individual, and last night I was super pumped to try this concealer. Out of curiosity I read the ingredients and saw something called arachidyl behenate.

Anything with the root “arachi” such as “arachis oil” is probably peanut related. And, sure enough, I did some research and arachidyl behenate is peanut-derived. Which is the story of how I nearly smushed a deadly food allergen into my skin.

There’s a report here from last year that seems to indicate that some food allergens are neutralized when processed for cosmetics, but I’m not sure that applies for peanuts. And at any rate, they did indicate there was still a risk of a reaction if such proteins weren’t processed properly.

Now, I’m gonna say it outright - I’m not one hundred percent sure that a heavily processed peanut-derived chemical such as arachidyl behenate will cause a reaction. I’ve worn a lot of makeup over the years without checking the ingredients, so I could have easily used a product containing it without knowing. Still, better safe than sorry.

Alternate names for peanut products (anything with the prefix “arachi-” should be considered suspect):

beer nuts, earth nuts, goobers, groundnuts, groundnut oil, hypogaeic acid, katchung oil, mandelonas

So, we discussed stuff on the discord server Will (@jorvik-gazette-news) made and mostly talked about the glitches. And through @emilie-catnight asking sso how do the glitches (area glithes, mall, horse-care glitches) damage the game we got our answer.

I have spoken about this before, but not knowing what it actually means to sso. But what it could mean to the game. So let me start from the beginning.

I knew that these glitches harm the game, I have never said otherwise, maybe not the way I thought they did, but in a way they do still. Not directly internally, like they create more glitches, but on how the SSO team has to work.

You see, now that people have done these glitches and spreading them online (which made more people to do them) SSO needed to stop what they were doing on Firfall and start fixing those glitches.

SSO told Emilie and I quote ‘’Not only can accessing a closed area have a negative impact on the game itself, but it is also disrespectful to the team and to other players.’’

SSO also said that the work on Firfall has been put on a shelf until further notice (well I’m not exactly sure if they will tell us when they continue working on it), and they aren’t sure if they are going to continue on it for a while. Glitching doesn’t only damage the game (creating more things to fix), but the work SSO does on those areas. They also hoped that players would’ve known this already because it was a violation to their terms and conditions.

They also said that they are working on a big campaign for awareness on these things. And it should be coming quite soon by the sound of it.

But we on our discord server decided that we should already start spreading the awareness of this situation, and that other people should start doing it too. Unless Emilie already posted something here, I’m the first one that shares this information.

So for the love of god, and all that is precious (like our game Star Stable Online), please start spreading the word that they had to put Firfall on the shelf because these glitches were done and they had to start fixing them. So if anyone says that these glitches do not harm the game, tell them this.
