I'm so fucking tired of hearing about twitter drama starting because a vtuber dares to have a model that deranged twitter losers think looks like a child. My stance on this stupidity has and always will be "If the vtuber model looks like a child, that's on YOU."

It will take you a simple google search to see that Mint isn't a loli vtuber and never was. And seeing how these people got my boy Pastra to unlist ever single video he did on mascot horror, I think anyone can see clear as day just who these people who are crying wolf REALLY are.

These people don't care about pedos, they just wanted an excuse to harass and spread misinformation about Phisnom and his friends. This is why I will never in my life make a twitter account for social interaction. These twitter people are unbearable and incredibly punchable. They have single handedly watered down the meaning of the word "pedophile" ESPECIALLY when it's used to accuse someone on twitter.

"forgiveness" is personal, that's why I said in the post that you might inflict harm on people for which they can never forgive you, but that's their quest. if you abuse someone, you can't go no-contact with yourself. you actually keep living in your own head indefinitely, and ultimately you need to learn to live with yourself in order to continue living a full life without further harm. this is not necessarily an anti-carceral thought, although i am generally anti-carceral myself. I simply want people to like, fix their heart and atone for real with measured accountability & self love instead of dissociating, self-marking themselves forever and guaranteeing their recidivism.

If other transfems and cis women are ok with the word "dude" or "guy" you don't get to tell them they shouldn't be. Just say you don't want to be called it.

If other black people are uncomfortable with the N-word even if it's used by other black people, you don't get to tell them they should be ok with it. Just don't call them it, and use the term with people who are ok with it.

If other disabled people don't think "idiot" is ableist, you don't get to try and force them to stop using it.

If someone says they have Asperger's Syndrome (which, no, was not named by Hand Asperger, it was named long after his death) you don't get to tell them they can't call themselves by the thing they were literally diagnosed as. If you no longer wish to be called that, it's fine.

If someone says they're uncomfortable being called the F or Q words then they can't force you to stop using the words, but you can stop using them to address them specifically.
