We Finns LOVE IT when foreigners talk about us. When they become like us, is even better! Three habits I lost while living in The U.S.: 1. Giving honest answers when people asked how I was. Pretty soon I just replied: "I'm AMAZING, thank you!" even when I didn't feel like it. 2. Waiting for traffic light to change to green before taking a right turn. Ah, how much I miss the Californian freedom to turn right even if the light is red. 3. Not tipping. At the end calculating the right amount to tip happened almost by instinct. Last 6 years in Finland have helped me to unlearn my "American habits" again.

Lesson learned: one good choice in the store can lead to a cycle of good choices. 1. Saw massive kale and basil plants at the grocery store. Bought them on a whim. Planted them to my Herbie Indoor Garden. 2. Cut the plants shorter -- decided to make a healthy salad from the cuttings. 3. Felt like having something sweet and healthy for a dessert. Made protein-fruit-smoothie for tomorrow morning and had some of it for the dessert. 4. Saw a box of Pukka Cleanse tea while making the smoothie. Felt like having a cup of it. 5. Had a cup of tea with honey. Now I feel superhealthy and ready for bed. #healthy #lifestyle #healthyeating #lessonslearned #selfcare #becauseimworthit #photo

I want to share with you a "facepalm moment" I had today. I was listening All In Startup by Diana Kander when I finally got why it's essential to know your customers BEFORE you even decide what you want to offer to them. This is my first this kind of video in English. I hope my accent isn't too hard to understand. I had to re-record the name of the book and a quote from Henry Ford, hence the "creative" editing...
