Wet your finger and run it along the edges of the wrapper. To seal, fold the wrapper in half and pleat the edges. Rep with the rest of the pork mixture and wrappers. In a large skillet over medium-high heat, heat the vegetable oil. Cook for 2-3 minutes, or until the bottom is golden brown, before adding the gyoza to the skillet. Saut onions, garlic, and lemongrass until fragrant. Add carrots and continue cooking for a few minutes. Return the beef to the pot. Add crushed tomatoes, tomato paste, fish sauce, soy sauce, sugar, curry powder, five-spice powder, paprika, chili flakes, salt, and pepper. Stir to combine. Pour in beef broth and bring to a simmer. Cover and cook for about 1.5 hours, or until the beef is tender. Add potatoes and continue cooking until they are cooked through, about 20-30 minutes. Taste and adjust seasoning if necessary. Serve hot, garnished with fresh cilantro, and accompanied by steamed rice.

Instructions: Set the oven temperature to 175C 350F. Put the shredded chicken and Frank's RedHot Buffalo Wing Sauce in a mixing bowl. Toss to evenly coat the chicken. Place the tortilla chips on a sizable baking sheet or platter that is safe to use in the oven in a single layer. On top of the tortilla chips, scatter half of the shredded cheddar cheese. Evenly spoon buffalo chicken mixture over chips. Sprinkle the remaining blue cheese crumbles and shredded cheddar cheese on top. Bake for approximately 10 to 12 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbling and melted, in a preheated oven. As the nachos bake, prepare the toppings by combining in a small bowl the diced tomatoes, diced celery, diced red onion, and chopped cilantro. To taste, add salt and pepper for seasoning. When the nachos are done, take them out of the oven and top the cheesy chicken nachos right away with the prepared toppings. Pour sour cream and ranch dressing on top. Ingredients: 1 1/4 cups all-purpose flour. 1/4 cup granulated sugar. 1/4 teaspoon salt. 1/2 cup unsalted butter, cold and cut into small pieces. 1 egg yolk. 2 tablespoons ice water. 4 Seckel pears, ripe but firm, peeled, halved, and cored. 1/2 cup blueberries. 1/4 cup unsalted butter. 1/4 teaspoon ground cardamom. 1/4 cup powdered sugar, for dusting.
Instructions: Warm the oven up to 190C 375F. Pulse flour, sugar, and salt together in a food processor. Add the cold butter and pulse the food until it looks like big crumbs. Whisk the egg yolk and ice water together in a small bowl. Add slowly to the flour mixture and pulse until the dough comes together. Place the dough on a floured surface and roll it out into a disk. Put it in the fridge for 30 minutes after wrapping it in plastic wrap. On a floured surface, roll out the dough into a circle that is just a bit bigger than the tart pan. Place the dough in the pan and cut off any extra. Use a fork to make holes in the bottom. Put the cut side of the pear halves in the tart shell. Slowly melt the butter in a small saucepan. After you add the cardamom and blueberries, cook for about 5 minutes, or until the berries burst and the mixture gets a little thicker. Place the blueberry mix on top of the pears. Put the tart in an oven that has already been heated for 30 to 35 minutes, or until the crust is golden and the pears are soft. Let the tart cool down a bit before you serve it. Before you serve, sprinkle with powdered sugar.
