I understand people are unhappy about Galadriel's screentime between s1 & s2 being reduced and that some of you aren't happy or expected more when it came to the s3 promotion but, with all due respect, can you please stop comparing this to Miriel and Disa, to their screentime and the promotion for their characters because it is not even remotely the same thing.

Galadriel's screentime was reduced, yes, but next to Sauron, she still had more screentime than any other character on the show in s2 and in fact, she not only had more screentime than any of the characters of colour but she also had more screentime than all of the women characters of colour in s2 combined. Disa, on the other hand, had more screentime in s2 than she had in s1 while Miriel's screentime was actually the one that was significantly reduced and of the main characters, she was one of two characters (coincidentally both characters of colour) who had the least amount of screentime of all characters in s2.

As for the s3 promotion, Miriel has had nothing. There's no promotional image and she wasn't featured in the teaser trailer. Disa has had one promotional image and two small scenes in the teaser trailer. Galadriel, on the other hand, has had three promotional images and was featured multiple times throughout the teaser trailer. These situations are not comparable just because you don't like what you saw or you were expecting more than what you got.

Honestly I’m hoping we haven’t seen a lot of Miriel and Disa because it would be too spoilery to share and not because their screen time is cut this season. It seems odd (and almost rude) to have Cynthia at comic con but not reveal any promo of Miriel or really talk about her arc (at least from what I’ve seen). I’m going to be fucking pissed if they’re the ones push to the background to make way for the new (male and mostly white) characters.
