I fucking hate jax, and I fucking hate gooseworx!

He's a misogynistic dickwad that didn't deserve to be hugged and comforted. I'm glad that he abstracted.

The writing was lazy, the whole thing was rushed, none of the questions they set up previously were answered. The 90% of the episode where jax is being a big crybaby had my rolling my eyes the whole time.

As for gooseworx, being a misogynist isn't cool and funny. And ruining the entire show so that your edgy self insert can be the star of the show was incredibly stupid and selfish.

And Jax's "relationship" with Pomni/Gangle reminded me so much of my abuser, that I actually had an eye opening "people like this?!" moment.

can I be real with you. you've missed the point of the post pretty drastically, and you've reduced my worldview to a reductive statement that really truly does not reflect what I'm trying to say. this is not me trying to justify a sexual desire. this is me saying that I am very comfortable and happy with my friendships and relationships because they're weird and nebulous and affectionate. this is me saying that many people are anxious or unhappy or feel pressured into dating entirely because they care about someone in a way that feels more intense than how we are taught friendship feels.

and absolutely, sometimes that does mean fucking your friends. but that is one MMMINISCULE (and situational!! I don't currently want that with any of my friends, for example) facet of this worldview and I hate to see my point turned into a snarky attempt at "revealing" my "true intentions".

sometimes, when someone says something passionately, they genuinely do mean exactly what they say. I'm not a scooby doo villain. you don't have to try and rip off my mask.
