For zanka its the way Jabber will question everything. He has the mind of a scientist he wants to understand the root of something and he will ask all the questions and it can be something mundane or complicated but where it used to piss him off, its now something that makes zanka smile because yeah thats his man. He also kind of adores the way jabber will either wait to lay in bed after zanka or how he immediately turns to be in spooning position as soon as zanka is in bed. Jabber isnt even aware hes doing it, but its like. Thats how expected the cuddles are.

Jabber likes how predictably easy it is to either get on Zankas nerves or fluster him. Either way his face gets really red and its the cutest thing to him.

To be fair i think the thing that surprised Zanka the most was the dacryphilia. For Jabber, what surprised him the most was how into it he was when Zanka said he loves him mid-fuck. That was definitely a blue screen moment holdingnon by a thread thing for him and like. How was he ever supposed to discover that??

Zanka is surprisingly really into anything with Jabbers hands and lips. Fingers around a joint, his fingers twirling a pen, his lips around a straw or the way he slightly puckers them when he chews. That slightly wolfish grin will always have Zanka ready because it half feels like a challenge half feels like a promise. And we allllll know how turned on Zanka gets seeing Jabber beat someone else

Jabber loves when Zanka is angry. If hes ranting about the dumbest thing Jabber is heart eyes. His favorite is definitely seeing him mid workout, flushed and sweaty, fringe clumped and falling across his forehead, landing hit after hit on a sandbag? But hes surprised with how flustered he gets when zanka gives him a softer smile and his blue eyes are locked in on him and his cheeks are red and his breathings all funny bc Zanka's mind is right there with him.

also the jealousy thing high key does it for them both like cmon they tease each other by being like look i can get someone elses attention but the goal there is absolutely a game of claiming by the end of the night. The peak of it is ditching the random person and clashing together with the absolute knowledge of yeah you could get someone else but they're not the one you want, theyre not the one who knows how to touch you. Trust it annoys the hell out of Riyo and Rudo but it leads to a lottttt of fun at home

Zanka cant do any sort of impact play though. He'll spar w jabber, but once in bed, once it crosses from a competition to sex, Zanka cant hit or be hit. Too much like religious punishment. Jabber doesnt like slow vanilla. It gets boring fast. Playful tho is cool. Like play wrestling, tickling, talking and joking while having sex is cool. Its not gonna finish him off but he does enjoy it especially bc it shows zanka is comfortable. But like soft slow quiet sex? It makes him restless and uncomfortable.

Zanka. Off the top of my head i KNOW he listens to classical/instrumental movie scores when he studies. Daily though, hes only recently allowing himself the freedom to enjoy angry rock. I love the idea that you have this prim and proper composed person and their music is like wild screaming drums and frantic electric guitar. Riot by three days grace on repeeeeaaat (also lets be real. He used to fuck heavy with christian rock like flyleaf and skillet.)

Special dates, they like to go out. They love showing each other off to the world. For Jabber its just this thing of "look at my boyfriend hes amazing and beautiful and hes mineeeeee" and for Zanka it's "im happy and im not ashamed because he came into my life for a reason and im gonna make sure everybody knows this look at him hes amazing and i love him so much"

Staying in is pretty common for them, i mean theyre not extravagant people, and the mundane intimacy is new to jabber and zanka was brought up to be humble, so theyre not like. Trying to go to five star restaurants with the upper class, its not their scene. But when its a special date, an anniversary, a birthday, a celebration, that sort of thing, they would make it a point to go out and be free and proud of their relationship ♡

I think since its just them two it is easier to just pick something up and eat together, but homemade meals are a nice thing on special occasions. I imagine Jabber as the one who cooks more now, though he rarely ever did before Zanka came along. Food is kind of a love language to him. (Something rooted in growing up hungry for so long) before zanka, Jabber kind of ate when he needed to, usually just buying something quick, but once he started seeing Zanka and once Zanka started living with him, making food was more worth the while. Hes not just feeding himself, hes feeding Zanka too. I imagine he cooks a lot of Cajun foods in V&V, he loves adding spices. Additionally, Jabber eats more consistently now because of it. Either theyre eating together or zanka took the time to pack his lunch so like. Of course hes gonna eat !

All of these are gonna be V&V related, I think. Mostly mundane, world-building type of questions...

What is Jabber and Zanka's night-time routine? Do they have anything they do each night for sure, or do they just kinda... go to bed?

I think of them as night owls so i imagine theyre always staying up a little later than they should studying or watching something. Of course i imagine a routine of Zanka helping Jabber put his hair up (i think i mentioned before that on super busy nights or if hes really tired he'll forget to do it so Zanka is the one reminding him)

I do this a lot with my friends and sister, so like thirty minutes before bed is a lot of scrolling funny videos and showing each other lol

OHHH but they also prepare for the next day. Thats another Zanka-centric thing, he will have their lunches and their clothes and gym bags so that the morning is easy as possible (the secret is, its not because he wants to be prepared and responsible, its because hes so groggy in the morning hed rather not have to think so much about forgetting something) Jabber thinks its not that big a deal and tbh kind of funny, but its also nice bc it gives him a little extra time in bed in the morning to stay in the warmth of Zankas arms.

If you could be an animal, what would you be: I would say an oarfish, bc fav animal, but realistically? A cat - I would imprint on a human and do nothing but sleep every day.

I have become a person 5 year old me (and even 12 year old me) would think is cool. I have achieved alot of small childhood dreams and decided that whatever I do is what and adult would do, so therefore it dosent matter if something is childish as long as I enjoy it. And that took a lot of work to realize, so I am proud of myself for that.

If you could be an animal what would you be?:

I love feathers. The feeling of feathers- have you ever cuddled with a chicken? Let me be someones pet pigeon and I would vibe.

Dont have a specific place, but I really want to see a total solar eclipse one day. Tried to see if I could take a trip to Spain and see the upcoming one the 12th of August but it just couldn't work out.

It's been really hard to love myself lately but I like to remind myself that I can easily pick up any creative field with enough time and effort.
