Just to be clear @potus Biden has never said he would forgive $50,000 of student loan debt for every borrower. He said he would forgive $10,000 each. He told those calling for the $50K to pass the measure through congress and he would sign it. Right now Congress would never pass that kind of money so the best thing to do now is to get the $10K student loan forgiveness done. Representation matters and Black Wall Street represented when it came to doctors Greenwood was able to take care of its own. A modern day Black Wall Street Growing up I never knew about Greenwood aka Black Wall Street. I also didn’t know I was born and raised in a modern day Black Wall Street. I grew up where my side of town which was 99% African America had black owned doctor offices, lawyer offices, gas stations, banks, auto shops, insurance companies, real estate offices, clothing shops, restaurants, and much more! We are even home of one of the best HBCUs in the country! I was 17 years old before I took my first flight. It was to Tampa for a funeral 🤦🏾‍♀️ This dude right here has been flying since he was in the womb.
