What'd happen if I promised a fae my firstborn when I was a teenager, but found out later that I have uterine cancer and then have my reproductive organs removed without having any child?

Will the first child born from my donated frozen egg from someone else's womb become my firstborn?

Or will the fae take my cat as my firstborn?

Or my first adoptive child?

Or my best artwork/invention/creation?

Or my soul?

Or something else?
