The way that society normalized glassed is the exact wrong way that anyone should normalize disability because we basically said: you still have to do all the hard stuff like paying a bajillion dollars for disability aids and having people think you’re ugly and/or stereotyping you and people not believing kids who have it etc. but! No one is actually going to think of it as a disability :)
