"I came to see if you wanted a drinking partner, actually." Milo said with a chuckle. "Not bitching, at least not yet."

"Now that was a hard watch." Carter said as he watched a couple break up over where to eat for lunch. "Jesus, people are that pathetic." @ggstarterblog

"You know they're going to just get back together, to break up and do it all over again. Couples like that are crazy as shit."

"Figures, I feel like you're not really the type to go to Coachella. You busy with your podcast, mate?" Ren asked with a smile. "Not really but I would've gone just for fun if I was free. Even police officers deserve a break but of course, justice prevails over everything."

"I used to go, but yeah, life just got too busy, the podcast, personal life, and everything else." He said with a shrug. "Yeah, and I think that events like Coachella have become so...over saturated, you know?"

"yes, because it makes no damn sense for someone to be able to ride a dragon. how the fuck would that even happen?"

Milo laughed. "That's actually a good question, like do they ride them like horses? Do they have seats and seat belts?" He asked. "Now we gotta find one of the dragon riders and ask them."

They say justice is blind, but lucky for him, he saw everything. The busy cafe didn't hide much, not from him anyway. Seated comfortably in the corner, laptop open beside his coffee, Ren watched the room with sharp, observant eyes. Behind his glasses, his mind was already working, noticing details others easily missed.

"Nah, I don't do Coachella." He said with a chuckle and looked at Ren. "Haven't done it in a long time. You sad you missed it or anything?"

"I'm not going to lie, I am a bit hungover, so please, whatever you have to say, don't say something that will make me want to throw water in your face." @ggstarterblog

"Oh come on, Jordan. I'm not going to say something like that. At least not right now." He said with a chuckle and sat down across from him. "Anything I can do to help?"

Robin waved as the person she was meeting entered the diner, already taking her favorite spot. "Oh hey, you're here! So glad you agreed to be a guest on my brand-new podcast, Mysteries & Mayhem." She smiled at them and gestured for them to take a seat. "For starters… did you just see that guy walk into that shadow outside and… not come back out? Perfect, we already have a topic." The overhead lights flickered and she flinched sharply before forcing a grin. "Uh… yeah. Now I'm getting serious PTSD from that." @ggstarterblog

Milo raised a brow when he saw Robin start to freak out and asked, "Do you want to smoke? Take an edible? It'll help the nerves." He said. "Do you need to take a moment or anything?"

"I got to witness someone getting instant karama this morning and it was amazing. So, I came out of my building and I slipped on my ass, and this bitch laughed at me. Like she peaked in high school and obviously never got over the whole popular girl thing and as she walked past me, she fell and her coffee spilled all over her new luxury white faux fur coat. "I am always in awe at how fast karma works." Milo said with a chuckle. "She must have really been a bitch for it to work that fast though." He shrugged. "Are you okay though? Your ass hurting too much?"

jj looked at the person who had been talking to him and he raised a brow at them. "you understand that sounds like crazy shit, right?" he asked. @ggstarterblog

"You're a fucking doppleganger, and you think people being able to ride dragons or having magic fucking powers is crazy?"

"Maybe whoever is running Gossip Girl is finally a creative person and that's why these parties are this good."

“Wait whats your podcast called?” Maeve asked with a smile. “Ive been looking for a new one to listen to in my downtime.”

"It is called Dead Air & Bad Habits, it's on Spotify, YouTube, wherever." He shrugged. "I talk about everything and nothing really."

"Besides working non stop and not having a life at all? No, not at all." Dylan laghed. "How about you?"

"I'm kind of in the same boat, but I feel like I have more freedom than you do when it comes to work."

"That's because unlike Gossip Girl, I actually know how to keep things interesting."

" According to Gossip Girl everything is happening when it's not...I'm cheating apparently." she rolled her eyes. " But do tell... did you want to be on a date with Briar?" Mary rose a brow.

Milo laughed at the question and shook his head. "No, no I did not go on a date with Briar, we're friends and we have been for a long time. She called me because some douche bag wasn't leaving her alone, so I came to help her. I think I got there right in time because she looked like she was about to comit a crime."

"I wasn't analyzing you." Milo promised her. "Trust me, I'm not doing that, nor am I judging. Plus, there's nothing wrong with being high."

Milo looked at her like she had several heads and asked, "Are...are you high or something? Not judging if you are, but if you aren't used to side effects, you probably shouldn't be outside."
