Imagine Lena being into Supergirl for being so free and unburdened by responsibility unaware of all the pain and anger Kara actually has. Her desire to find a connection and community. In turn Kara loves Lena’s sense of responsibility and dignity. She believes that Lena has her life completely under control unlike her but Kara is unaware that all the work and responsibilities Lena has have taken a bad toll on Lena’s sense of self practically losing all sense of human connections. The concept of “me time” is practically foreign to her she’s not living life or enjoying the moments she’s like 2 bad days from a breakdown in the middle of a business meeting.
