I finally finished this game! I loved it! 

I've started writing my first attempt at a half-life fanfiction! Based off of an idea I posted at @its-always-valve-time quite a while ago, where Gordon Freeman awakens at the start of Half-Life 2 having lost his memory after his long stasis, having to navigate City 17 which no recollection of the events of the previous game - it only has the one chapter right now but I'll likely add to it over time, so here it is in its current state, I hope anyone who reads it will enjoy 😁

The reference I used for the bottom one is fully credited to the high res test render of chell by Matt Charlesworth :D

it feels like gordon would still be in fight or flight mode at the train staition, or would fall head first into it, upon being in the unfamiliar place with obvious threats to him, so i feel it would be understandable if he shot first asked questions later when barney brought him to a backroom with blood on the floor
