ICE’s tactics include removing, switching, and using fake license plates on their vehicles. In addition, there have been multiple reports of ICE fraudulently posing as handymen, utility workers, and delivery workers in order to kidnap people.

Activists, observers, and everyday people are still being harassed, assaulted, stalked, and detained by federal agents (with assistance from AI surveillance and local police).
