Despite clocking in daily at the Kill The Player Character Factory, he still seems genuinely fond of them. Hanging out at bars at various points along their path just to goad them into philosophical discussions.

He is absolutely chuffed when they last longer than usual. If you side with him in NG+0 he says that he has high hopes for you and every other Constellation member turns into a bitchass (paraphrasing) but he thinks we'll be different. And he's even more chuffed in NG+.

None of this stops him from killing the PC because, well, there's infinity copies of everyone. After so long, his thought process has become so alien that an individual human life doesn't even register as real. Literally everyone is just one of those generic 'Citizen' NPCs to him.
