Missed priority sign-ups but still want to participate? The form for late sign-ups is now open! Be sure to thoroughly read through the rules and the FAQ on the AO3 Collection before signing up. Additional resources and previously answered questions can be found here. Late sign-ups will close at 12:00pm EST / 17:00 UTC on December 27th.

Late writers will have a lower priority when it comes to being matched with an artist, but will still have the opportunity to submit a proposal for artists to review after priority writer proposals are presented. The proposal due date will be the same for ALL writers, regardless of when they signed up. In the event a writer does not match with any artists, they will still be able to write their story and post to the AO3 collection. Late artists will be able to make a claim on any remaining proposals after priority artist claims are complete.
