stop saying ‘its fine’ to the shit that aint

Stop saying ‘don’t worry about it’ to the shit that makes you uncomfortable

I love daydreaming and not having to participate in life

You don’t have to be positive all the time to prove you’re trying or healing. It’s okay to just say “this fucking sucks right now”. No one is positive all the time. Please don’t expect that of yourself.

Sometimes having mental illness is like living paycheck to paycheck but with your brain

what to do when your entire self worth is defined by your academic success and yet you can’t find it in yourself to do any work

Okay so I just got off the phone with them. I talked to a trans girl named Aurora & she was super helpful! She gave me a few doctors to talk to & encouraged me to seek therapy instead of just rushing to get my pills. She literally found a trans friendly therapist in my town & I would definitely recommend giving them a call!
