Ingredients (common household things and Coconut)

-2 cups coconut milk (full fat; idk why)

-1/2 cup coconut milk (unsweetened; not sure why theres two different types)

-1/4 cup Any Liquid Sweetener (honey, maple syrup, etc. probably can use molasses too?)

-Pinch of (sea) salt

-toasted coconut (optional; its a topping! crunchy btw. its like the sweet counterpart to french fried onions)

instructions:

1: mix everything EXCEPT the toasted coconut in a large bowl. (because almost everything here is 1: liquid, 2: almost liquid, or 3: dissolves in liquid, its Really Really Easy lol. like soup)

2: freeze it. ice cube trays work best, but as long as its fully frozen and removable, itll work.

3: if you have an ice cream maker, just follow the instructions and end up at step 6. if not, continue to step 4

4: blend it!!!!. literally that easy. knock the frozen cream out into the blender and blend it. if its being persnickety then add some milk of whatever kind and poke at it with a spoon

5: if you want it to be soft serve, then congrats! youre basically done! spoon it into bowls and continue to the next step. if you want it firmer, then put it in bowls and refreeze it a bit more. either way, continue
